What is the event?
As part of the festivities surrounding the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the parish, this will be a Reunion of classmates/faculty/staff/clergy from St. Monica Grade School in Creve Coeur (est. 1873).

What is the schedule?
5:00PM - 11:00PM
Mass in the Church opens the event
Dinner/drinks following
School Open House throughout the evening
The band "Nebula" will play, (Alums from '77)
There will be outdoor field activities
Do I need to be registered to attend?
Yes.
Should I have an email confirmation of my registration?
Yes, you should have received this upon registration.
Will I receive any more communication?
Yes, a reminder email will be sent the week of the event.
Can I register late?
No, registration is closed.
Do I need to bring my ticket with me?
No. We have a list of who has registered.
Can I bring my infant with me?
Yes, infants only. There will be NO babysitting or activities for children.
What does the ticket price include?
Dinner and two alcoholic drinks, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. IDs will be checked. Cash bar after two drinks.
What is on the dinner menu?
Buffet meal (pulled pork - sauce on side, BBQ chicken breast, 5 cheese mac n cheese, flame roasted corn and peppers, house salad, and dinner rolls). Everything is gluten free except mac n cheese and rolls.
There was a vegan choice on the Registration.
Dessert is included.
What is on the drink menu?
Unlimited non-alcoholic options are: Soda, tea, water, mixers.
Alcohol options (two drinks included, cash bar after that): Mixed drinks, Bud Light, Bud Select, red and white wine.
Can I bring my own drinks?
We will be providing drinks as part of the ticket price. You may bring your own if you prefer.
Will you enforce the state alcohol drinking age?
Yes, IDs will be checked. Tables of younger graduates will be monitored.
Will we be grouped by Graduating Class Year?
5:00 Mass will be in the Church. You will sit wherever you want for Mass. After Mass you will move to tables reserved by 8th grade graduation class year. You will sit at those reserved tables for dinner.
Can we plan our own additional event that weekend just for our class?
Yes. Remember that Sunday is Father’s Day.
Will this be outside or inside?
Inside.
Will the field be open?
Yes! Weather permitting, the field will be open until 10:00PM for special activities such as volleyball, washers, cornhole, etc.
Where should I park?
Park on St. Monica parking lots.
Can someone help me with parking?
There will be volunteers to direct you and cones will be set up. Overflow parking needs will be addressed. Please consider carpooling.
Will the school be open?
Yes, the school will be open. There will be students and committee members inside to direct you.
What is the dress code?
Dress for Mass and dinner. You will be inside the church and school or you may choose to walk down to the field for field activities.
Will there be a booklet of information to take home?
Yes, there is a team working on this
Will there be any kind of presentation?
Yes, a brief welcome at Mass with announcement of who has traveled the farthest, which class has the highest percentage attending, etc.
Also, there will be a running loop video inside the school.
Will there be a nurse/doctor available?
Yes, these will be on call.
Will there be emergency access for first responders?
Yes, there will be a path for emergency vehicles.
